It is NOT too Late to Get Ready for Ski/Snowboard Season!

Outbound Performance Camp is a great way to get ready for the 09/10 snow season. A solid month of steady training will definetely get your snow legs ready, your coordination tuned up a notch and your cardiovasuclar system more profficient. Which ultimately leads to you staying out on the hill longer and having more fun while your there. The next Outbound Performance Camp starts Tuesday, November 17 at 6:00pm sharp registration is now open via Paypal (Walk-ins are always welcome, please come in at 5:45pm to register in person on the start date).

What makes OUTBOUND Performance Camp different?

Most boot camps take equipment (dumbbells, mats etc.) outside. Therefore, those boot camps are basically doing the same training outdoors as they do indoors. OC Fitness Solutions features Vault training and TRX systems that truly prepare people to perform better outdoors. Both the Vault and TRX systems are extremely functional and develop greater body awareness, speed, agility and quickness. These two systems improve joint stability, balance, posture and absolute physical threshold. What does this mean for you? All those outdoor activities that you love and enjoy you will now perform even better!

 

Why am I sold on this training?

"In February of 2006 I was completing a college level strength program. I started a new business in February, bought a house in March, quit a 9-year job in April, and was married in May. Needless to say, I was busy. After the strength program, I only used the Vault to do my training. I solely used the Vault to better understand this form of functional training and be able to teach others how to use it. During those four crazy months I wasn't able to get outside and perform the activities I love, like snowboarding, mountain biking, surfing and golfing. However, at the end of May my new bride and I took a long weekend and went snowboarding. The amazing thing was that after no snowboarding and no traditional strength training or cardiovascular training since the beginning of December, it was like I had never left the mountain! Due to the training with the Vault, my body and mind were ready for what the mountain had. I soon found out mountain biking was the same way. I was able to see my terrain, interpret it and be physically ready for the demands the sports had to offer. After that I was sold! The Vault is now part of my regular workout routine."
