The best part about it though, is the wonderful trainers who work there. It's really FUN to go there, because the trainers all feel like close friends that we laugh and joke with as we're working out. And stay with one long enough and they DO become a good friend! I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place that is a cut above the norm in the fitness arena.
